Training Support for ROTC Cadets

Fraternal brothers of Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club who are members of our Navy Reserve Corps perform one of its mandate by sharing a strategic learning experience with over 800 Cadets from the 559TH Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps Unit, University of the Visayas! Under the authority of the Commander, Naval Reserve Center Eastern Visayas CMDR. "Kuya" JAMES FRANCIS P LUGTU, PN (GSC), FVEC brothers lead by its Chartered Club President in coordination with our Senior Reservists delivered a special skill enhancement training designed to equip our ROTC Cadets with essential knowledge needed in their journey as future leaders and operators in the armed forces and the police services.
