The Fortis Vinculi Hermanos Eagles Club sprouted from Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club as its "Mother Club" and was awarded with its Charter Grant on March 2023 as an accredited Club of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Philippine Eagles, Inc.
