FVEC Leads NOSE Visayas Secretariat

The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Philippine Eagles Inc. through the Office of the National Vice President for Visayas successfully hosted the National Officers Seminar (NOSE) on FEB 11, 2024 in collaboration with CVR XIV The Fraternal Order of Eagles - Philippine Eagles Inc.  (Central Visayas Region XIV). Venue is at the Waterworld Cebu (Hotel & Waterpark) Bgy. Umapad Mandaue City. The NOSE Seminar is one of the mandatory and a very essential learning and educational requirement for members of The Fraternal Order of Eagles, Philippine Eagles, Inc. through its educational arm The Philippine Eagles Institute of Leadership, (PEIL). Said event by history is usually held in the national level and for the first time in 44 years, NOSE took place in the Visayas! Selected members of the Fortis Vinculi Eagles Club served as the Secretariat and assisted participants through the dynamic leadership of its Charter Club President and concurrent Regional Governor CVR XIV Eagle Leandro Paralisan who was appointed by the National Vice President for Visayas as the Lead Convenor for NOSE.
